We’re seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our JFK Airport team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and throughout the terminal
• Provide accurate information about flight times, gate changes, and airport services
• Support passengers using self-service kiosks and mobile check-in options
• Verify documentation and issue boarding passes
• Handle ticketing, upgrades, rebooking’s, and baggage check-ins
• Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
• Make public announcements for flight updates and boarding instructions
• Coordinate with airline crews and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold safety, security, and customer service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• One year of prior customer service experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Able to read, write, and speak fluent English and Portuguese strongly preferred
• Proficient using iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must qualify for airport clearances (TSA, Port Authority, etc.)
• Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 70 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Push, pull, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel as needed
• Operate in indoor/outdoor environments with varying noise levels
• Maintain full range of vision and hearing to ensure safety compliance
